Contest Rules

1. Eligibility 

The contest is open to current First 5 Alabama members who are legal residents of the state of Alabama. First 5 Alabama Awareness & Outreach Committee of are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsorship 

The contest is sponsored by First 5 Alabama, 2595 Bell Road, Montgomery, AL 36117.

3. Agreement to Official Rules 

Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The award of one year of membership to First 5 Alabama and a video featured on First 5 Alabama digital sites is contingent upon compliance with Official Rules and fulfillment of all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Contest Period 

The Contest begins on October 17, 2023 at 5:00am and ends on October 31, 2023 at 11:59pm (the “Contest Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted until October 31, 2023 at 11:59pm.

5. How to Enter 

One or more video and/or audio entries per person should be submitted via woobox at (https://woobox.com/hgb3fj ). Entries must be no more than three (3) minutes in length and must be submitted by October 31, 2023 at 11:59pm. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.

 

6. How Winner(s) are Selected 

The Sponsor will select up to four (4) winners from among all eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified via email on November 30, 2023.
